1. General Terms

By booking services with Crazy Blast Events & Surprise Planners / LightBox Rental Studio, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Payment must be made as per the agreed terms to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled by Crazy Blast due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

• We will offer the best alternative date or a full refund without deductions.
• In case of natural disasters or a pandemic, we will either reschedule the event or provide a refund after deducting a partial amount.
• If you choose to cancel a confirmed service booking, the following charges apply:
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 40% of the package amount.
  • Cancellation before 4 days: 20% of the package amount.
  • Cancellation before 10 days: No cancellation fee.
• The above conditions apply only to event services and do not apply to customized gifts confirmed by the client.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments must be made in advance as per the agreed terms.
• Refunds will be processed based on our cancellation policy.
• Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details for bookings.
• Any damage to rental equipment or property will be the client’s responsibility.
• Clients must adhere to the agreed timelines for events and rentals.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting event execution.
• Crazy Blast is not liable for third-party services booked through us.
• All services are provided as per agreed terms; any changes must be communicated in advance.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
