Orders may be canceled by Crazy Blast in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work towards providing the best alternative date or offer a full refund of the event amount without any deductions.
In case of natural disasters or a pandemic, we will either reschedule the event to the best available date or provide a refund after deducting a partial amount.
If you choose to cancel a confirmed service booking with Crazy Blast, a cancellation fee will apply based on the number of days before the event:
Cancellation within 24 hours: 40% of the package amount.
Cancellation before 4 days: 20% of the package amount.
Cancellation before 10 days: No cancellation fee.
The above conditions apply only to Event Services and do not apply to customized gifts that have already been confirmed by the client and Crazy Blast.
